Caeto uses a gland in his body to make his teeth dripping wet then uses his heating gland to freeze the water making his fangs grow larger and sharper; but only for one bit.

Caeto uses the anger that he has built up fighting his opponent and lashes out of them. This moves power grows with each hit.

Personality:

[Timid When Alone] – This trait is kind of self-explanatory but Caeto does better in a group. If no one is around and he has to face a danger or something frightful he’ll try to find a path around it.

[A Big Teddy Bear] - Once you get to know this fuzzy ball of teeth, he turns into the sweetest teddy bear ever. He doesn't do this much however and it's rare to see this trait shine.

[Cocky] – Caeto thinks that he’s the best of the best in everything he does even when he’s never tried it before. He also thinks that he can get every girl with just one glance. He’s pretty much like this 24/7

[Slacker] – When there isn't someone around to impress he’s a big couch potato. He lies around either sleeping, roaming around in the water, or doing pointless things that could be done at a later date.

[Flirt] – You could say this trait plays in with being cocky but Caeto loves to flirt and will do it with practically any Poke-cat. He just tries to lure them close so he can either get with them _{(if you know what I mean. TuT)} or crush them.

[Aggressive] – Ever since he started getting bulled he has had this trait. Not wanting to be called weak or cowardice Caeto never backs down, even if he’s about to pass out. This trait has gotten him into so much trouble.

[Easily Set Off] – It seems that Caeto is set off by every little thing, especially noise. It’s kind of like he’s always PMSing but as a boy… Idon’tevenknow.

A little background info: Like most poke-cats, Caeto was born on Poke-Paws Island but he hardly had a chance to grow into an adult. As he grew up on Poke-Paws Island Caeto was bullied like no other. The reason was truly unknown from Caeto’s view point; it seemed to be different, pointless, things every time he was pushed around. One time it could be because he was a runt, and the next it was because he was blue! Or some shit like that. All this bullying pushed Caeto to become cold to the core and hate everything in his path. Now that Caeto reached his teen years, he started to look up to the Pokémon who joined the notorious gang called Team Rocket. “I’m gonna’ be like one of them one day, and then I’ll be on top.” The young Carvanha would always say to himself after he got beaten up for being different. Now we skip ahead a few years, Caeto is reaching his young adult hood and is about to go off on his own. But before he could take that big step, Team Rocket barged into his life and ruined any of his future plans by setting off that dreaded volcano. In a rush of panic Caeto was torn between helping Team Rocket, his few friends, and his family. Evidentially he chose to help his family flee from the danger. Since his whole family were water types, they jumped into the ocean and swam as hard as they could. While the family was swimming a terrible storm hit them and Caeto got separated from his family; he never saw them again. Days later the exhausted Carvanha reached the shore line of a new island, newly named Cianwood Island. “I can be whoever I want to be in this new life.” Caeto said to himself on that first day; immediately after arriving, he ventured off to find the Team Rocket of this new land and start his new exciting life.

Caeto stirred in his bed in room 10 on the first floor of the Team Rocket headquarters. He kept rolling and squirming trying to fall back asleep but something wasn't letting him; like a constant buzzing in his ears. “What in the hell?!” Caeto muttered grumpily into the pillow that was pressed around his head. He looked up slightly to see the time on the tiny clock he kept on his side table; 10:00 A.M. it read. He then sat himself up to face the front wall of his room; this wall had a small, foggy, thick glass window in it. Caeto looked through the window and saw the shapes of a group of Team Rocket Grunts standing in the entryway to the dungeon right outside his room. “It’s too freaking early for this…” he grumbled again. Caeto took in a deep breath and yelled at the top of his lungs, “SHUT YOUR TRAPS! I’M TRYING TO SLEEP HERE!” he then waited a few seconds and heard a bunch of paw steps moving away from his room. “Finally, some peace and quiet.” Caeto said calmly. He smiled, rolled back over to face his side table and quickly fell back asleep.
